Stanley, does it really matter where people come from?

Plenty of people come from San Francisco and other areas to The East Bay and behave badly. That does not necessarily say anything about those locations.

Where they come from is not the issue.

@TVman1981 This particular incident may have been majority east bay people...but you present that fact as if it were a universal truth whenever something goes bad in SF. I'll tell you right now that most people murdered in North Beach over the past several years have been SF residents. I know three of the most recent murders (one of which happened at night near all the clubs on Broadway/Columbus, when a man was shot in the back after a robbery) were perpetrated by SF residents as well.

@TVman1981 it seems more to me like everyone (media included) always assumes the "bad guys" are from the east bay...when i know for a fact that is not the case. SFPD and the city love to claim that all the time, and it is true, to an extent. But problems in SF are more often caused by SF residents, obviously (did you forget that SF has its own drunk club patrons, or that North Bach even has its own public housing?). SF residents also go to the east bay and cause trouble...it works both ways.
