http://www.synergy-athletics.com - Getting after dynamic effort lower body training. Sandbags, kegs, deadlifts, and many more exercises were all fair game!

Hit the quads, glutes, and hamstrings with some creative banded deadlifts, core training, keg and sandbag pull throughs. (Posterior chain)
