hey man nice rig. if ya want to get rid of the power ass steering find a 3/4 ton or 1 ton chevy, you can use the gear box out of one of those and fab it up. i saw a article on the swap years ago in farm journal. sure if ya look around you can find it.

@klecan8 Oh yeah? Cuz to swap it too a ford gear box I have to box the frame and mount it on the inside...which is a pain...that would be cool if I could just fab it up on the outside

I was wonderin about the winch bumper, did you fab that up urself? if so did you use a sub frame to make the bumper more sturdy? and is it 1/8" or 3/16" steel?

@KneeDeepFilm5 I had to do a little re-enforcing but didnt do the origanal fab work. Its 3/16 and its bolted to the frame.

i saw the videos of you flooding out the engine did you have to go through a couple of motors or do you just have a superman of an engine? i think you have a sweet old ford here. ive got a 78 f150 short bed out in the garage. its got a 351 modified. well gotta go.
