one of the gr8 choreography vidhya is excellent but if you look whole set and co-dancer this song look more more energetic and hats of to the singer what a golden voice she has.......................

I said that it's "origin" is not elegant as in kathak format. As any art It also matures. Again vidya "tries" to.fill that gap.

You Said - "Lavani is not Elegant", is it. I have doubts. You may refer to dictionary for that matter. Apart "Lavani" form in Maharashtra or "Mujra" form from North India is fromed with Kathak and Folk Dance and ofcoz Grace. Apart filling or trying to fill gap from vidya Side. i doubt Vidya could ever be able to do it.

I dont think Lavani originated as a elegant form. It is supposed to have sexual moves. It can hava ada etc.,. But I am a south indian and only those marathi's who are doing research in lavani alone can do that. As you mentioned, we lost all indianness after Madhuri (with respect to dancing). Vidya tries to "fill" that gap

(I am a North Indian but just cant stop saying this) - Bad Seriously Bad...!!! Lavani is an Elegant and Dignified Dance form, They cant make it this crap idiotic. And that too Vidya. I do respect her, but where as We had Ataa Vaazle ki bara, U people cant make this yaar. btw Vidya is not suited for this at all. I feel today or since last 20 years the only Bollywood actress who can do justice to Lavani is none other than Madhuri Dixit...!!
