The sport of Muay Thai boxing is at the very heart of Thai culture. In a society in which there is so little fighting it is ironic to see the art of battle taken to such a pure and disciplined level. Siam no.1 is a great gym in Chiang Mai where not just locals come and train but people from around the world. Paul Luney is a shining example of a young English man who has found new discipline and direction in his life by dedicating himself to Mauy Thai's long and difficult training. His courage and dedication are inspiration to all of us who sometimes think the way is too difficult.
cool!

This was great to see. Lookin good Paul. I miss the training there, especially the pad work. Fantastic to see the gym again and the gang, even the roosters running across the front. Ian (from Toronto, Canada)
