@cpclaudio I recommend you stay in Donegal. Derry is a dangerous city because it's located within a disputed territory - annexed from Ireland illegally in 1920. There are frequent clashes between protestant settlers and native Irish people whose land was stolen.

How are you guys? I am from Brasil, I live in Sao Paulo. I hope stay with you next year, may 2011. I will travel to Derry to study english for four weeks. I saw your hostel advertisement in hostels.com and I am impressed with the facilities. I hope improve my english and learn the Derry's history. Bye
