@pichugrl idk about u but i rather have a bunch of fat Americans then a bunch of psycho ones that are going around and killing themselves or harming themselves or harming others

I'm over weight according to my BMI but i don't eat fast food i don't really snack all that much unless i am eating fruit or something like that. I am a vegetarian so i have a pretty healthy diet. But i am still over weight i have PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome) which cause my female reproductive organs to produce more male hormone then female which cause weight gain among other problems and i also have a thyroid problem and if you ever take psych meds they can most likely cause weight gain.

I'm fat....but not American.

Being fat is not a disease. You eat more than you walk, that's the only problem. Strange disease if youv'e got to pick up food from McDonalds 4 times a week...

... WHY YOURE FAT! how nice. really

I have a glandular problems and I hate it, when other people use this as an excuse. I cant breath sometimes because of my gland and doctors found a cyst. Fortunately it is disappearing now, slowly. I STILL LOST 30KG! Now Im 56 kg and happy. If you can control yourself, it is no problem. Fat people need to realize, that they are eating too much.

i think its fucking retarded when people who have glandular don't take responsibility for what they put in their mouth. they use excuses"oh, It's not my fault, I can't control it. I'll be fat the rest of my life" and they use that excuse to continue shoveling the fast food into their mouth. They can choose to eat healthier but they choose to eat the fast food crap instead...

Within the first month of my becoming vegetarian, I dropped 10 pounds.....literally. Might have something to do with it.
It's a well known fact that many Americans are allergic to exercise.

1 simple solution: stop eating fast food and walk more.
I was always chubby. I got to 240lbs at one point. I ate fast food 10+ times a week because I didn't know how to cook and I lived alone. I drove everywhere. Worked all the time, so "no time to exercise". I assume this sounds familiar.
A few years ago I moved to Brazil. I have no car and there is only 1 McDonald's in my city. I walk, ride the bus, and have learned to cook. I still eat well.
In less than 1 year I was down to 180lbs.
