Featuring Kevin Bartlett on guitar and Carl Adami on bass. During this series of shows, Happy would ask a member of the audience a question and sample their response. This one was "What is the worst thing you've ever experience?"

Indeed. We should all ask ourselves, periodically, what it is that scares us most in life... And remember the maxim that "Everything Ends"... Perhaps it would force us all to stop and APPRECIATE what it is there in front of us that we so often just TAKE FOR GRANTED... :(

His is a sad and horrifying response but it fits the song perfectly, since The Issue Is is about death, written after Happy saw a girl die right in front of her.
