get on a ladder, get almost to the top (but don't go off) then go back down (just stop before you hit the bottom) turn round, press crouch twice quickly and you should be able to crab walk.

How do you do this glitch at the beginning of Dead Air 1? There are no ladders and objects don't appear to work.
