A very good educational video. But certain areas need correction -
1. 'Firm' the tissue, by spreading it out instead of bunching it up as for giving a sub cutaneous injection.
2. Avoid stabbing. Instead plunge in with a swift and steady movement.

There is no need for all the squeezing about "stabbing" in most cases unless patient is very thin. Stretch the skin gently and insert needle is slow steady movement and remove the same way. All the fast motions will lead to mistakes and you definitely don't want that. A mistake in the leg or shoulder could be uncomfortable for over a week. Stick to the bum as there are fewer nerve endings and blood vessels.
