Disrespect, vulgarity and intimidation is the manner in which the Chief Deputy of the Kendall County Sheriff's Department, Terry Tichava, conducts himself. All that for a mere $90000+ a year. What a deal.

What a goof! I can't believe Sheriff Randall continues to defend this guy? This clearly demonstrates the lack of judgement and supervison Dick Randall has over his own deputies! Imagine what the public hasn't seen? Thank God for in-car cameras!

the kendall county sheriff randall said that his chief deputy tichava has his full support and that this matter was settled more than a year ago. but there was no discipline of the chief deputy despite his swearing at the yorkville officer, calling the yorkville officer a "boy", telling the officer that he "picked the wrong guy to mess with" and concluding with "unfuckingbelieveable". It is time for randall and his crew to be voted out of office. the election cannot come too soon.
