Well it's been awhile since I put something up, mostly because I got some new gear to figure out, went on vacation, and then had to practice.
I was actually working on a tougher song when I thought this song would be great to showcase off this amp. And boy does it ever with rolling off the guitars volume knob. Even if I've done enough Rush songs as it is. This is also just amp and guitar there are no effects not even using a gate.
This is my new Vox night train and my new Mesa 2x12 cab. Really enjoying it. I'll work towards a higher gain amp but it's great to be on the tube track. This one is loud enough as it is, and I was only recording in triode mode (7.5 watts), this thing can scream in Pentode (15w). Also my start could have been better (hard to gauge when things are going to kick in)
Hope to make some more vids, but school is up and usually these months are very busy. We shall see. Stay tuned!!
Enjoy!
Nice cover, I know the SC250 is designed for high gain rock/metal, but how good would you say it is for lower gain, bluesy/rhythm stuff?

Sure, the neck pickup has more of a vintage sound for that, however the SC245 may be more for what you are looking for. Try them both out to get an idea for yourself.
