@poopseysimpson: No this is American style rumba and the count is SQQS. For the International rumba however, the count is 4 1 2 3 4 1 with the 1 as the settle count. The settle count is where you get the hip movement.

@waltercito47: Ah gringo it is the American style rumba as oppose to the International or Brazilian style rumba. It's looks like a very basic demonstration of it. BTW Jorge should forget the Latina and find himself a Russian dance teacher and learn the International rumba, it's the best, and the Russians are the best at it.
