  • how many carbs do you need to eat for your body to be ketosis?

  • it depends on glaucogen depletion, once your liver and muscle cells are depleted, usually 30 grams, depends on a lot of things, your workouts will usually deplete supplies quickly.

  • I do not know about other folks however I can tell you that my family gained massive success with DietOramy eating plan (google it, there are lots of data on it) - we all consume it and our physicians are pleasantly surprised with the successes which came so shortly.

  • @barrjordan ZERO.

  • you are a stud dude amazing

  • What's up with these 10 sec vids...this guys is amazing!

  • Some of things I have observed while following a high fat/low carb diet: The higher the ketosis (within reason, I am non diabetic so dka is not a problem)=the better I feel, less hunger, better sense of well being, more energy, less cravings, to name a few. I have heard people say that if they are in ketosis, the level does not matter, that is definitely NOT the case for me. The ketogenic diet for me is hard at first, it takes me about 3 weeks just to feel normal. I also limit water & protein.

  • Damn you look a little over weight, but it looks just because you eat a lot of carbs and you're not doing enough cardiovascular activities. However, jacked.

  • about under 30g of indirect carbs and fat levels moderate and protein high will spare muscle and burn fat
