しかし日本人は彼らは馬鹿だと思った。
なぜならば彼らは人種差別の意味を全く理解してなかったからだ。

特定の性質を持つ人間を拒否したのだ。

日本には次のような人を拒否する看板がある店がある。

酔っ払い
暴力団
刺青のある人
日本語を理解できない人
行儀の悪い人
しかしこれらは人種差別ではない。

その民族の80%が同じ性質や趣味を持っている場合、
我々はその民族全体を警戒する。
それはとても自然なことだ。

統計学に基づいて民族全体を判断することは正しい場合がある。

日本の人口の約1%が朝鮮人である。
しかし日本全国の暴力団の30%が朝鮮人である。

重要な問題を再度確認してください。

国籍や人種が区別の原因ではない。
原因は常にその民族に統計学的に多く存在する
「性質」「癖」「生活習慣」「国民性」である。

もし朝鮮人の80%が敵意に満ちた反日教育を受けているならば、
日本人はそれらの人々を人種差別ではなく「区別する必要」がある。
それは当然のことである。

むろん無条件な差別は良くない。

しかし区別それ自体は悪いことではないのだ。
区別の根底には常に「正当な理由」がある。

両方の国に文化と教育の大きな相違がある場合、
どちらの民族も相手を拒否する権利を持つ。

すなわち「特定の性質の人たちに対する拒否権」を持つという「自由」である。

あなたは「特定の性質の人」を嫌う自由を持つ。

「特定の性質の人が多数存在する国」を嫌う権利をあなたは持つ。

これは人種差別ではない。
あなたが嫌う性質を「嫌って良いという権利」だ。

問題は「国旗の色」ではない。
「人格の色」である。
