The two jokers are so different that they can't possibly be compared. But when looking at the films they each partisipated in, i would have to say that Heath's Joker fit better with Dark Knight, than Jack's joker fit with Batman(1989). Heath created a Joker that you(at least most of us) where genuinly afraid of, while Jack created the Joker you would se in the comics. Nicholson is the better actor, but Heath created the better Joker... Hands down.

Ledger betterin my opinion because he combines all other aspectes of other jokers plus some new stuff of his own :P
