  • I have two kids ages 6yrs and 4yrs old and in the past four years i have been exercising but keep having trouble with my lower abdomen and i wanted to see what u recommand.Right now im exercising again and i weight 146 and im 5'4 in height and my goal is to go back to my normal weight of 120 and suggestions on what moves i should do to tone my body.My problem areas are my love handles,stomach,arms,and thighs can u please help me??!!

  • You look amazing to have two kids and at the time a 6 month old. I have been exercising but I feel like I am not making any progress. I do plan on incorporating what you have showed us. Do have any post about healthy eating because I definitely need to learn.

  • Wow, I cant believe you have such a nice belly after 3 babies! I am a mother of a 2 year old and I haven't worked out since I had my son bc I gave up..
