  • one last question... would you recommend 5J? i've heard that lately they're always delayed and if not, they cancel their flights..... hehe...

  • I'd recommend 5J if you're on a tight budget and if you don't mind arriving close to midnight in Bangkok. So far what I've experienced with 5J is being moved from one gate to another here in Manila. No delays so far or cancellations so far.

I'd still go for PAL over 5J.

  • hi there! nice vid... i just need a piece of advise....ill be going to bangkok soon. i'll take 5j going back and my flight is 0045H. what time should i leave bangkok to reach suvarn.. airport?

is it the same policy in manila u have to be at the airport 3hrs before?

  • We left around 8pm that time because there were 7 of us traveling. There wasn't any traffic on the way to the airport and the free way was neat. We arrived at the airport with so much time to kill, thus the travel vids.

Anyway, leaving 3 hours before is still ok, so you have time to go around Bangkok's big airport. Besides, leave enough time for unexpected circumstances. :-)

  • kuya would you recommened cebu pacific for international travel or pal

  • I'd recommend 5J for international travel ONLY if you want to save on your airfare and won't mind having no free meals on board.

Choosing between 5J and PAL, I'd rather choose PAL. Although the service is ok in 5J, I'm still into having those free meals that they serve on the plane, and using NAIA's terminal 2. It's just a matter of P1,000-3,000 difference between PAL and 5J's airfares, baka mas lower pa nga e.

    Opinion ko lang yan a.

Pero sa domestic flights, go ako sa 5J. :-)

  • o my god I really admire u...I travel a lot, but I never feel like taking pictrues of airports, not to mention vdo taping. I normally get tired and moody. Especially, my home airport, Suvarnnabhumi Bangkok, I always always get tired and moody having to walk.
