The Great Water Heist

What a sweet name (clean water) for such a sleazy bill. The implications of the bill reaches far beyond the "waters", because it includes nearby "activities affecting these waters" even if the flow is once a year in a drainage ditch or rain gutter. Under most state laws even soggy meadows will be considered "public trust lands" of free for everyone to use and abuse. More dumb legislation from short sighted politicians.

Wow. This is astonishing and unconstitutional. Funny how the lame-stream news media hasn't told us about this.

This is all in service to "Agenda 21." Obama and his cadre are all in favor of this. It must be stopped.

As of September 21, the bill has been approved by the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee and sent to the floor for a full Senate vote. It is still awaiting a floor vote. Senators should be encouraged to oppose this bill. Call yours today.
