Hello Divya, can we use brown sugar instead of jaggery ?

One cup had Flour+turmeric, One cup had sooji, but what was the third dry ingredient ? in small black spoon.

hello Divya, you are indeed a very good cook... but new to youtube I guess....it was good recipe.. thank you for the recipe..... but perhaps you must also give the list of ingredients in english (written).. tht way we can promote this cuisine with other people too...i mean other than one who can speak kannada....because i fell karnataka cuisine is something good .. and can be made popular...but good job keep it up....Good luck !

Kayi holige with sugar, all the ingredients remain same except you substitute jaggery - 2 cups to sugar - 2 cups and Ghee 1 ts to 4 tbs.
