Max Effort Lower Body Workout for 09/13/2011. Started off with deadlifts. Lifts were 455x1,495x1,545x1,585x1,635x1 (PR+10lbs) and 572x2. Then romanian deadlifts. Lifts were 345x10,375x10 (PR+20lbs) and 405x10 (PR+2 reps). Finally, glute ham raises. Lifts were bw+2.5x12,bw+15x12,bw+27.5x12 and bw+40x12 (PR+5lbs). Glute Ham Raise from Elitefts.
