@Smokie420ish I get 19 mpg bro :( on my Cobalt

Don't let him fool you. I have friends with these cars and they get around 27mpg. There is no way you only get 22mpg. I have a 95 Z28 and I get better than 22mpg.

I got over 780 km's out of a tank when we drove to Quebec City. I get 430-460 km's mixed driving per-tank. It takes almost the identical amount of money at premium that it took me to fill the Civic LX rental I had when I got sideswiped by a 300. I only got 80 more klicks out of that tank (which is bigger than the SS's). That's pretty bad considering the Si has worse economy. 260hp, turbo, no lag, 0.92 g on the skidpad, 8.22 on the ring, nearly absent torque steer = SS Turbo ftw.

unless youre gunna do a little bit of racing the regular 4 door is a better car: cheaper, much better on gas, roomier in the trunk and the rear

way better than the regular cobalt

@camelsac It's pretty nice I think. And the basic LS and LT version get more than 28mpgs, this is supercharged one

Hope the Cruze will eventually develop the SS.

What an ugly car - and 22mpg!!!!! That's horrendous!

You must not have done it before. I had it optional with my tuner software on my STI and didn't use it often, but the few times I tried it out it was pretty thrilling flat-foot-shifting at 6.5k rpms

I borrowed a friend's Cobalt SS once. It looks nice but the whole car felt cheap. And I didn't feel safe in it. Hope the new Cruze does better.
Great review! It's amazing that this car ran 104 mph in the 1/4 mile from Road & Track magazine. Nice all around car for the $
