Was not at all impressed by their onboard service. There was one excellent stewardess who looked after me on the Dublin-Abu Dhabi leg but the purser needed to learn to be friendly to customers. Seats were narrow and quite worn out and filthy. Food was at best mediocre. The premium lounge in Abu Dhabi was more like a crowded hospital canteen. Sorry Etihad you really need to learn how to take care of your passengers.
