It either too long(more than 10 minuts), too heavy, or the type(.ave, .mpeg, etc) is not suported byYyouTube.
Tell me if you can put it up or not.

have you tried publishing the video first?
there should be a button saying publish and then upload the published version on to youtube

You right click on the audio bar of the selected clip. Then you'll see mute; if you dont, click on volume and then click mute.
