Meet a wheelchair-bound special Olympian who can bench press the Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo. Back at the only weight-lifting gym in Laos, Antonio draws some inspirtation from his new Laotian friends, who overcome adversity and compete in international sports. Cross-training continues in the Muay Lao stadium, where Antonio endures a brutal session of jap ko, the stand-up grappling component of Muay Lao, kick boxing.

  • I love old school gyms .

    Modern gyms tend to be over packed

    and highly crowded with heavy lifters and builders but no body wants an old school gym .

    OLD SCHOOL is the way to go .
