***Ok I just noticed theres pretty much the same video some other guy made a while ago, A Rainbow in Curved Air and space odyssey, which is kinda weird, I'm not gonna remove this video because it took a while to make, I just don't want to get bitched at by anyone for taking someones idea when I really didn't know there was one like this already.***

The song "A Rainbow in Curved Air" along with the last scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey. And I am aware I made another video with this scene.

  • @alexnordh Before trying drugs, the art lauded among drug circles always appealed to me. The first time I tried LSD, I said that it was exactly in line with my brain's function. Whether it's that art of a particular type is appreciated by the same type of brain that appreciates drugs or that some art is created on drugs or modeled after other art that was created on drugs... well... determining causality in something as complex as this is impossible.

  • very cool.

  • Everytime theres some arty farty music people mention drugs in the commentary field. This is to undervalue the effect of the music ITSELF. Ever heard of an abstract expressionist saying "take som acid before looking at Jackson Pollock?"

  • Never did drugs, but this + LSD...

  • Sounds like a faster version of the menu music in mass effect 2 when looking at the map of space...class!

  • psychedelic sounds here ;)

  • This has brought tears to my eyes.

Fantastic memories of '72 with my mates Malcolm & Patsy (where are u now?).. I was 19yrs old, never on drugs, staring at the Lava lamp for hours watchin the changin shapes listenin to this. Also reminds me of recordin it onto a cassette & walkin around Shirley Hills with my new Philips cassette recorder playin this, & layin down watchin the sun shinin through the trees. Man alive. This track is truly wonderful. Timeless.

I have tears now. What happened ????

  • the chemical brothers inspired on this

  • It's delightful! I don't think i've ever heard Terry Riley, but I've heard of him. Thanks for putting this out.

  • this is incredible - the guy is clearly a genius
