Whitehirst Park, Kilwinning To Irvine,Ayrshire Scotland Via Eglinton Park(27mar2011)

I filmed this clip using my Nokia and another using my Mini DV camera from 7dayshop.com at the same time for a comparison. The Nokia is tried and tested, but the Mini DV hasn't been tried yet, even though I got it at Christmas.

Note:Having a few problems with the Mini DV clips, I'll upload them asap ;-)

Thanks for the tour of Eglinton Park, a lot has changed since I was last there.Horse riding I don't remember, looks ok as long as the pedestrians are careful. You are a great bonus to us ex Irvine people.

This sorta makes our town seem no that bad,i dont drive so potholes mean nothing to me. but i agree they must be bad for drivers.

@fishgarnock the potholes are a serious pain in the arse,but to be honest,everywhere's the same just now after two seriously cold winters.People will put down Irvine and Kilwinning I guess,bur we aren't the worst places I've visited.If it was that bad I'd have moved a long time ago ;-)

@2wheelsteve I'm wary of horses.Unlike a car or bike they have a brain of their own and don't always do what the rider wants them to.If you watch experienced riders at Marymas you'll see what I mean.Obviously the behaviour of the rider reflects in the horses too.There'll be good and bad.I've defenatley encountered both types!

Potholes....I heard that the army bombed Eglinton Castle during WW2 for target practise.Looks like they carpet bombed the roads too!

The potholes in eggy paqrk are getting bad, I would say they are on a par with japan.

I hate horse riders, they have more rights than dog walkers, pedestrians or anyone, it rages me, Im out with my dogs where I live and I have to move out the way for them, they dont slow down nor f**k all, attitude of 'Im superior'..... moan over ;-)
