Still looks like crap when uploaded to youtube. Looks much, much better when encoded via MAC Imovie.

How did you get it to work on Sony Vegas? It would read my file. I converted to avi and when i used that file the sound didnt work... I hate how its not reading the original HDMI (m2ts whatever file).
