so does everybody understand what "neuro-muscular" means? I'm a Level 3 PT and have been training clients for years. I think the way you deliver your exercises is exceptionally poor, your use of EDIP is non existant. Anyone wish to watch for perfect form and simply exercises, go watch Scooby "KILLER HOME CHEST WORKOUT"

I'm sorry to say this, but to tell you the truth, I don't really like your form while preforming these exercises. You swing your body on every exercise and the way you do the shoulder presses is dangerous because you're locking your elbows, and whatever you're doing with the two plates in your hands is gonna send somebody to the hospital.
