Boon Lay Blk 257 Residental HDB - Express Lift (GEC) Elevator

Boon Lay/Jurong West (Pioneer) is full of elevators manufactured by Express Lift, as the town was built mostly during that era. Notice that the UK-style warning stickers can be seen on the outer doors from the elevator cab as it moves.

At one point this elevator detected a fault and announced that the lift has broken down in 4 languages ("Lift has broken down. Please press bell and wait for rescue"), even though it appeared to work normally in the end.

There is a Fujitec lift at Blk 267. So you can't say that it is full of Express elevators.

Do you know where they happen to be around? I remember a few, but their blocks got demolished altogether since.
