I thought the 16V head needed some massaging (Valve flow work) because of the different burn pattern.

Yea I got a 16V head for $40 but found two bent valves and no spare parts anywhere!

@NorkiddExo hey, yes it fits right on. but u need to adjust the ignition to the engine after you have put on the 16v top. thats the hard part.
