I love how one side likes to confuse illegal immigration with legal immigration. For 'educated' people, why is it so difficult to make that distinction. There's legal and there's illegal. Legal gets respect, illegal can leave now voluntarily or wait until this issue boils over and further action will be taken. THese actions will be towards people who ILLEGALY came to the United States. Many of whom came LEGALLY, will likely help escort the ILLEGAL ones out.

correct. the 14th amendment with regard to citizenship was originally written in response to the black codes after the end of slavery and intended to protect newly freed slaves. It was not meant to be for everyone born in the country. However, a fence wont work. If people are desperate enough they will find a way. And the border patrol will only alienate conservatives. The best we can do is make it impossible for illegal aliens to do anything once they get here. Its been working slowly in AZ.

Making it illegal for aliens to work IS the best way, but it doesn't prevent illegal work - drugs, gangs, etc. Armed citizens are the best defense against criminals. Do a search on Joe Horn.

No it doesn't "need to end." It needs to be pointed out time and time again that Modern Liberalism is based directly on Fascism, Communism, and Socialism. Modern Liberalism (or more accurately Postmodern Liberalism) is anything BUT Liberal. It is collectivist, which is the opposite of individualist or classic liberalism. Modern Liberalism hates constitutions because they interfere with social engineering. They have group rights, which invariably leads to racism, bigotry and gulags.

Actually if you read the constitution that's ALREADY the case. The US does not have jurisdiction over non-citizens. That's a requirement in the 14th Amendment. It's already the case.

Building a fence will still work.

Allowing militia to patrol the borders will definitely work.
