Comic Eddie Griffin totals Ferrari

Comedian Eddie Griffin is safe after totaling a high-priced ferrari. Griffin crashed the 1.5 million dollar car into a concrete barrier on a California speedway Monday. He was practicing for a charity race to promote his new film "Redline." Luckily, Griffin suffered no injuries in the accident.

An investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son has stalled before it's even begun. CBS News reports the court took a break yesterday after a jury issue was raised by the lawyer who handles Anna Nicole's estate. Lawyers refused to comment on the problem. The investigation is expected to continue tomorrow and will include reviewing evidence and witness testimonies. Daniel Smith died in September while visiting his mother.

Country singer Wynonna Judd is filing for a divorce from her husband. On her website Judd says she's splitting from D.R. Roach after he was arrested for 3 counts of sexual battery against a minor. The statement also says he's been struggling with a drug and alcohol addiction. The singer says she's devastated. A Texas newspaper reports Roach is being held in jail on 750,000 dollars bail.

Singer James Blunt and model Petra Nemcova are calling it quits. A source close to Blunt tells People magazine the pair split last month but are still good friends. The two first met in December 2005 and started dating soon after. Blunt was the model's first serious relationship since her boyfriend died in the 2004 Thailand tsunami.

The wife of Velvet Revolver front man Scott Weiland is facing felony arson charges. Mary Weiland was arrested for allegedly setting fire to his clothes outside of their Southern California home. People magazine reports the incident took place Saturday after the couple had a fight. The destroyed clothes were reportedly worth about 10,000 dollars. They have 2 children together...4 year old Lucy and 6 year old Noah.
