Beam Expander & Spartan Laser Demonstration

This video uses two 1 watt Spartan lasers and an old model beam expander. The laser on the left has no beam expander and the beam point at the end is very wide.

The laser on the right uses a beam expander and the beam point is MUCH more narrow.

The new beam expander is still being manufactured and there is currently no release date.

the 1 on the right is the laser with the beam expander right? if it is, is it focused to be smaller than the normal spartan?.. im trying to decide if i should get the beam expander.... but i need to know: can i make the actual dot smaller.. at any distance?

@bloodmonk61 The beam expander in this video is out of stock and we are working on a new one. Beam expanders work by using a series of precisely aligned lens to focus the beam at any distance.
