  • A musica é uma bela dádiva de Deus para nós, nos enleva sublime!

  • I hear interesting comments, especially by Mr. igalbras. I largely agree with his comment, if he allow me to add, is I think Japanese have a very strong respect & appreciation for a Western Culture. I think that make them a dedicated connossieur for all kinds of Western Arts. Japan has the largest Classical Music fan in Asia. Asahina's interpretation here is very fine in my opinion, very grand, sound like Brahms.

  • @kn9iou you´re right sir

  • Despite not always correct phraising , one which would sound strange to a Europian ear , I find it much more pleasent to listen than to the most famous Europian recordings.

The secret in my opinion is , honesty and naturality of fillings, something that Europian civilisation lost completely in my opinion.

  • because he is old. heart beating gets slower.

  • MUSIC IS UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE

  • Can you upload his Bruckner? ( especially N0.7)

  • Legendary maestro! Bravo!

  • A little, perhaps. And not strong enough in the brass, generally. I like the first and fourth movements of Brahms 4 to be, essentially a battle for dominance between strings and brass. The last 20 bars or so also feel somewhat underwhelming!

  • A little too slow?
