@Sandeep9201 maintenance costs are very minimal because in most cases you can do them yourself. simple oil changes, filter changes, and chain lube are the basics (the way I ride I only need to change my oil once per season and my filter hasn't given me any fits yet) as for tires depending on how you ride you can expect somewhere between 7000 - 10000 miles (this also depends on the bike and the tread compound). Bikes are extremely cheap to maintain overall as long as you do take care of them

@aaronibarra400 sorry about the slow response, the riding season will depend on where you live more than anything and what conditions you like to ride in. In Kansas our riding season is from about mid March to Mid October (as long as you are okay with riding in 50 degree weather and rain at times) but some areas have nice weather year round and thus their riding season never really ends.

@Mr47426 i sent you a message, i did forget to mention that insurance will vary drastically from person to person. however, after talking to tons of different riders State Farm tends to be the least expensive. and again a Ninja 250 is a great starter bike.

If you don't mind posting, what was your total "out the door" price of the bike?

@ThaBR33D when I bought it new in 08 I spent right about $10600 with tax and everything including a wheel and tire protection and gap coverage.
