nice vid mate. although even if the spotter knows you are strong, he shouldnt just be aimlessly holding the rack and looking around. he should be focussed on you. Bad spotting lol

@chadley6916 dont think that those werent hard because he didnt do full ROM. This way keeps constant stress on his muscle. Its a stretegy not lazyness
