McCarthy's Magazine Ban: First of many to come.

Rep. McCarthy and Sen. Lautenberg have proposed a ban on all new high capacity magazines. McCarthy even went so far as to call them "Weapons of mass destruction." All defenders of the Second Amendment know that if you give the anti-gunners an inch they will back the next day with plans for the beginnings of an outright ban.

This hi-cap mag ban measure has as much chance of passing the Republican controlled house as jihadists handing out bibles at a mosque. Surely McCarthy can find more important issues facing the state of NY. Voters in NY take note and remember how your tax dollars were spent on futile pursuits next election. Sorry Mrs. McCarthy, I have 12 20 rd., and 6 30 rd. AR-15 mags and I WON'T BE TURNING THEM IN!

....i remember the early nineties well....the shooting on the LIE train that took the Honorable Representative McCarthy's Husbands Life WAS A DIRECT RESULT of the Gun-Control restrictions enacted in NY State & ESPECIALLY NYC....now her Vendetta only serves the same evil to prevent good people from being able to protect themselves and other good people. @fleckx I'll take my knowledge of the subject over yours. The things you've said proves how ignorant you are of our equipment and attitudes. The Marine Corps will not disarm the public, we talked about this very subject. If the Marine Corps turns against the government, they will have problems. If you think I'm a stupid redneck, I'm in college for mechanical engineering and plan on designing weapons with my knowledge. BTW The Abrams tank is the toughest in the world.
