Every week our master swordsmith and renowned propmaster, Tony Swatton, forges iconic weapons using high-speed belt grinders, scorching furnaces, and pounding power hammers. Then he takes his weapon to the streets to bust up some stuff.

In our Premiere Episode, Tony builds Jaime Lannister's sword from "Game of Thrones." This blade will be crafted from scratch, with a hilt forged from molten bronze, and then taken outside for an epic battle against a windshield.

NOTE: Tony Swatton and Man At Arms have no involvement with or connection to the producers, weapon-makers, or production of the Game of Thrones TV series.

Blood Grooves do not work. The blood itself allows lubrication to remove the blade, and since the blade is not causing a suction to begin with, this device is unnecessary for that purpose. It can cut it's way IN and just as easily cut it's way OUT. So what a fuller ACTUALLY does, is stiffen the blade and lighten it at the same time. Just FYI, because there's a lot of ignorant people who will seriously get excited about this stuff.

"they call it a blood groove because when they stab someone the fuller would allow it to release the vacuum so it wouldn't stick in the body." I knew there was something wrong with these videos. The fuller makes the blade act like an I beam. It reduces the weight of the blade while still keeping its strength.

Where exactly do these replicas go after they're finished? Are they sent to people who order them before they are forged?
