No, these are the American Spectres, a rather obscure band from Louisiana.Maybe because of the sameness of the two band names, the English Spectres changed into "Traffic Jam", and later into Status Quo.

i have "the complete pye collection" and i cant find this song on it.
and the sound of this song is not the sound of the "pye-quo"
but i dont know, whether there was another band called "the spectres"
