@darksungames yeah, I kinda fucked up on what to say. :3

let me get this strait... you ar comparing 1930s in-camera effects with 2009 cg? k, just checking..
-
@ninjahellseeker CGI makes things more badass. Look at the movie Deluge from the 1930's. They used a model of new york city, placed it in a tank, and splashed water on it. Watch 2012 from 2009, They used fuckin CGI for a tsunami. CGI forever.

Practical effects are always better than CGI any day.

@malcolmmorin yeah, I know. That's the kind of movie you put cgi into. But who cares about that movie anyway...it was just and ok blockbuster. Not cgi's fault, that movie was plain cliche and pretentious at the same time. My point was, there are some cases when is very difficult to use cgi, looks more fake than this kind of old effects, and it ends up compensating the lack of ideas.

@elunicocalvo You know, 2012 has The Most CGI In it, It's basically CGI, Like Battle L.A. Except some parts. 2012 Is Pretty much all CGI, Except some sets. XD

Randy's decomposition was pretty well-done for the pre-CGI '80s, huh?
