if you go to your rollercoaster list, then select "Hershey Stormrunner", that is a rollercoaster that has a launch track. So when you build it, build your station, then in your list of track pieces, there is one called "launch section" . . . thats how you get a launch

how do you get them steps and stuff when you lift coaster up hill and one of your coasters was launched. but how do you get them things on the track like on stealth.

Custom Scenery. THe steps are i think "lightgrenades" and THe launch Fins are my animated Ones in my Coaster-Kit BETA on the coaster-inc. site.
