I was wondering if you were going to mention "Mars Attacks". It's my husbands all time favorite, I think because I hate it. How about "Starship Troopers"? In a way its a semi invasion since the bugs attack from their own planet and then the humans go attack them. Good movie about nationalism and propaganda.
