Having played in the band at Jackson Centeral High, this song is NOT working! Some band teachers are stubborn and want members to play selections that they deem appropriate because they are Classics. Other directors love "throwing down" when in public. I agree with the latter. My teacher at Central was too hung up on outdated junk! The only time we brought the heat is when the drummer did his own thing. COME ON JSU; LET'S BRING IT UP TO DATE AND SHOWCASE THOSE J-SETTES!
