Portable Stereo System, MP4, Takes Audio Video Everywhere

The MP4 player and MP3 players are an okay substitute but sometimes you need something that's self supporting.

What would something like that look like?

Yes since these are inbuilt speakers, the sound is louder than the average MP4.But the sound is adjustable.
