I found the two verses that were written in this song by Jack Yellen and Milton Ager in 1927. The second time through I switch up to some second position chords which really enhance the fun! I arranged it in the key of "C" so it's pretty easy. Find the lead sheet at www.ukesterbrown.com for your musical education.

  • Leave it to Sir Ukester Brown to include the unknown verses. Thanks!

  • @StUkulele I do like "finding" these verses - I'm glad you liked it Stuart.

  • I'm curious: Did you ever buy a banjolele?

  • @Beafteck89 Yes, I have one. I don't like the sound of many of them from my hand to my ear. I like hearing others play them, but not me- I'm too close. I have played one I did like- Mainland ukes is coming out with them and I did like playing their prototype. It's a location thing- not even a loud thing for me.... I don't know how to describe it.

  • Sweeeet!

  • Thanks!- I just subbed to you. For only playing a couple years you play well.
