Great interview, most importantly, amazing lyrics. The Human Genome Project really touched me. To me, its fascinating to discover how the tradition of socially engaged music as moved from folk artists like Pete Seeger into the best of what rap has to offer.

Nice interview bro. Shame he didn't ask anything about the content of your lyrics. I mean, the message you say is so powerful and informed that it aint really like most other hip hop. if I had to describe Canadian Hip-Hop in one word, it would be Quality. I find it quite difficult to dig into Canadian rap underground, compared to american blogs which are now on every corner of the internet. Nevertheless, from artists like K-Os, Drake (to a certain extent), Cale Sampson and Classified I can honestly say that Canada is a place to look for fresh, honest and not-yet-ruined rap music. Best of luck to you, Cale! I'm impressed by how much soul you put in your music. Keep it up!
