  • Hey, Just wanted to know how the alloderm graft stays stable without actually passing the suture through it. And of course great video as always with good post-op results.

  • @drprashantnanda the initial sling suture does pass through the AlloDerm. That one I call the interpapillary suture vs the marginal suture which does not pick up the graft.
