Tamil film industry is one of the largest film industry in Inida.The Indian film industry is the largest in the world in terms of ticket sales and number of films produced.It is based in chennai.Silent movies were produced in Kollywood since 1916 and the era of talkies dawned in 1931.Tamil films enjoy significant patronage in the neighbouring southern States like Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh too.Many movies such as Chandramukhi and Anniyan were also simultaneously released in the USA.Threre a lot of actresses in Tamil film industry.Most of them are famous South Indian actresses.Some of them are Simran, Meena,etc.These are the heroine who did meaningful roles and will be remembered for it. u guys can comment on that you think but try not to be so rude.
