  • @ChefWannabeToo you could oil them, and that would give a bit of a sheen to the finished bread, I haven't found the need to do that though. Certainly wouldn't hurt. Give it a try and let me know.

  • would it be better to oil the bowls before adding the dough so it won't stick?
